If you want to make a booking, send us an email or please phone us, late evening, and we will send you the details. If the weather is very wet we can either offer a discount or post- pone the visit to a later date.

Our people on site
We only have 1 or 2 people on site at a time which is less stressful for the animals and more relaxing for you.
Children
Unfortunately, our animal experience is not suitable for those under 16 yrs but perhaps your partner could take the children to ‘ Magical Malpas ‘ or ‘Cheshire Ice Cream Farm ‘ both of which are not far away. This could allow you some quiet ‘ Me Time ‘ but please check their opening times.
Facilities
We are all about the animals so there is no shop on site and we are unable to offer refreshments for health and safety reasons. Our toilet facilities are very basic but cleaner than some porta-loos at public events.
However, we are close to the village of Malpas which has excellent amenities.
Clothing and Mobility
Please can you wear wellies, as footwear will need to be disinfected before and after your visit. You will need good levels of mobility.
Location and other attractions
We are located just outside Malpas in Cheshire and full directions and our bank details will be given when we receive your completed form.
As an extra benefit you can enjoy visits during your stay to other attractions. We are just 16 miles from the Roman city of Chester and 27miles from historic Shrewsbury and the pretty old market town of Whitchurch is only 6 miles away. Not forgetting the lovely village of Malpas which is on our doorstep.
